11 April 2021- Universiti Malaysia Terengganu for the first time held the 2021 Annual Awards Ceremony (MAT) held at Dewan Sultan Mizan. This ceremony aims to present awards to the staff and departments at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu who have contributed energy and merit in advancing and further developing Universiti Malaysia Terengganu's achievements in student management and learning.
The Sailing Training Center has proven good achievements throughout its establishment after being awarded the Best Management Innovation Award. Various efforts have been implemented by officers under the Sailing Training Center to help the management of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Science Officer of the Sailing Training Center, Mr. Izhar bin Mohd Mustaat has received the Outstanding Management and Professional (Technical) Talent Award for his outstanding achievements and talent throughout his service under the UMT Sailing Training Center. Hopefully with all the achievements gained can help the Sailing Training Center to continue to play a major role professionally in creating the Malaysian sailing program.
