Congratulations to Muhammad Iskandar bin Md Dahan who represented the MASUM Volleyball Team at the Malaysian Educational Institution Sports Championship (SIPMA) and successfully won the gold medal in the tournament. The PSR staff Mr. Amalul Asyraf bin Rosli is also the Coach for the MASUM Volleyball Team.

The UMT Badminton Team is still capable of challenging and showing excellence at the Terengganu State Level Compulsory Badminton Tournament held on 9 September 2023 at the Kuala Terengganu State Stadium. The UMT Badminton team successfully brought home 3 bronze medals through the men's doubles, women's doubles and women's singles events. Mr. Mohd Fadzli bin Badaudin was also selected as the coach of the badminton team

The UMT Tennis Team also succeeded in honoring the UMT Contingent by bringing home the Bronze Medal at the 2023 Malaysian Statutory Body Association (SUKANUN) Sports Tournament. The 12th SUKANUN Tournament took place from 3 – 9 September 2023 at UiTM, Arau Perlis branch. Competing with teams from other Statutory Body agencies is not an easy job

Nurul Ain Husna once again won another medal at the MASUM Sports Championship Phase 2, 2023 at UTEM, Melaka. The medal this time is more meaningful because it successfully brought home the gold medal in the Pencak Silat event (Category Putri Class B). Congratulations to him.

Congratulations to Muhammad Adam Ramdzan bin Razali, UMT's new cycling gem for winning Gold in the Malaysian Junior Cycling Championship last August 25-26, 2023 in Kuantan, Pahang. He was also selected to represent the Malaysian Team to the South Korea DMZ Tour Cycling Championship on September 30 - October 6, 2023. Good luck to Adam and good luck

Congratulations to the UMT Karate Team who successfully contributed 1 silver medal in the 55kg Women's Individual Kumite event and 1 bronze medal in the Women's Team Kumite event at the MASUM Sports Carnival Championship Phase 2, 2023 at UTEM Melaka.

The UMT Independence Sports Day Carnival celebration was held at the Tengku Muhammad Ismail UMT Sports Complex, this carnival was welcomed by more than 500 participants.
