UMT OUTREACH PROGRAM IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASPIRATION TOUR #KeulargaMalaysian TERENGGANU STATES

Virtual Regatta First Series 2022 on 3/6-5/6/2022.

This program is held on May 23 - May 25, 2022 at Bidong Island, Terengganu. It involved 23 people consisting of Advanced sailing course students and escort officers

20 March 2022. A total of 252 participants consisting of state sailors throughout Malaysia, secondary and primary school students, IPTA and IPTS students and members of the public have participated in the UMT Terengganu e-Sailing League 2021 Virtual Regatta Grand Final. This tournament is a series of tournaments which started last year which is June 2020 on the official cruise platform

30 April 2022. A total of 1000 participants consisting of scouts throughout Malaysia, students and the general public participated in the Scout Talk Webinar series 2 "Introduction to the Basics of Navigation" organized by the Terengganu Malaysian Scout Federation in collaboration with the Navigation Training Center, University Terengganu, Malaysia. This program is implemented online using the Facebook Live platform.

Alhamdulilah yesterday evening, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu semester 1 students joined us to learn to play Foundation 36 screen.

In addition to the research vessel RV Discovery, UMT also has 2 F36 yachts for the use of learning & teaching (PnP) sailing science as well as the development of young talent in the state of Terengganu through the Sailing Training Center.
