On 25 March 2018 at 12.00 noon, the Alumni Center held a discussion together with the Director of the Centralized Laboratory, the Director of Maltrac and the President of the Alumni Association to listen to a briefing delivered by the industry, namely Teraju Tri Tech Sdn Bhd, located in the UMT Alumni Hall.
The industry has presented regarding the equipment "Diver Identification & Safety System (DISS) and also the presentation of kert"Sea Patriots" - IUU Fishing Combatant NGO.
As a result of the presentation, an initial agreement to collaborate between the Alumni Center/Alumni Association/Centralized Laboratory and Maltrac especially for the Sea Patriots project (student activity program) and also the data reception center for fishing boats/boats and divers (Centralized Laboratory).
The meeting was also attended by TNC HEPA to provide support especially for the implementation of the Sea Patriots student program.
