The National Crisis and Security Management (P3K) program organized by the UMT Residential College through the Off-Campus Representative Committee is aimed at providing exposure and training to increase the resilience of each student so that they can be independent and prepared to face a variety of emergency problems when living off campus . This program is also seen as very good because it is a platform to strengthen friendships and tolerance among off-campus students in addition to being able to get to know students from other Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) who also participate in this program. Among the other participating HEIs are Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM Shah Alam), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), International Islamic University Malaysia (UIA), Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). Next, be able to increase knowledge through the exchange of ideas between off-campus students who are involved through the activities carried out as well as building the creative and critical thinking of off-campus students in completing all tasks through the activities carried out.
