UMT excelled in the IPT Futsal Premier League Phase 1 2023 which just ended on March 10 at the Tengku Muhammad Ismail Sports Complex.
Armed with the enthusiasm of the varsity, the results of 4 wins and 1 draw are enough to illustrate the effectiveness of the UMT futsal team coached by Mr. Mohd Syafiq Aizat Abd. Aziz (PSR) and assisted by Mr. Ahmad Shariman Ab Rahman (PPH).
"We will continue to focus and look back at the identified weaknesses and we believe other teams will also make a home especially for the preparation of the remaining 3 phases to come. I would also like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to the top management of UMT, especially HEPA, the Alumni Center and Kosiswa for their contribution and sponsorship to our team" said he who is also the Senior Administrative Officer of UMT Sports.
The 2nd phase will take place in August 2023 at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Tanjung Malim.
