Each graduate will be given one (1) piece of Graduate Name Calling Card during the academic dress collection session. The card must be brought along during the convocation ceremony. This card is used to call the name of the graduate and display the name on the screen in the hall. ** According to the Treasurer's Circular Letter No. 5 of 2018, restrictions from participating in the convocation ceremony will be imposed on students who have tuition fee arrears.

i. Scrolls can be picked up once the complete set of academic clothes is returned and all debts with UMT are cleared;

i. Graduates who are in debt to UMT must show the slip of graduation fee\/debt\/fine\/summons\/collateral loan of academic clothing stating that the debt has been settled in order to obtain transcripts and scrolls;

iii. Please show the Scroll Collection Slip when collecting transcripts and scrolls;

iv.
