A total of 23 students took the subject CCS3172 (sailing coaching) and 5 PLP staff will be involved to be officers and technical assistants throughout the carnival. This is the best platform for students to practice through the actual organization of sports events at the national level. this carnival was attended by 153 school students from all states including
