30 April 2022. A total of 1000 participants consisting of scouts throughout Malaysia, students and the general public participated in the Scout Talk Webinar series 2 "Introduction to the Basics of Navigation" organized by the Terengganu Malaysian Scout Federation in collaboration with the Navigation Training Center, University Terengganu, Malaysia. This program is implemented online using the Facebook Live platform. This program also has the concept of sharing knowledge about the Basics of Sailing where it focuses on several aspects including boat class identification, names on the boat and sail parts, the basics of sailing boats, safety basics and prohibitions before sailing. In addition, the sharing of experiences from the invited panel also attracted the interest of the participants throughout the program.
