Greetings, greetings Malaysia MADANI, greetings HEPA BINGKAS,

Alhamdulillah, thanks to God, with His abundant grace and grace, allow me to scribble a welcome speech as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student and Alumni Affairs) on the official UMT Student and Alumni Affairs website. Welcome and thank you for visiting this official website.

UMT Student and Alumni Affairs (HEPA) through the slogan #HEPABingkas is determined to provide holistic services to the main stakeholders, namely UMT students and female students. During the year I led HEPA UMT, various initiatives were implemented. Last year, in my message in conjunction with the 100 days of my administration at HEPA, I shared my speech with the theme "Framing Initiatives towards Student Empowerment". This speech is in line with the agenda of the former YB Minister of Higher Education and the New Year's Message of YBhg. Dato' Vice Chancellor of UMT at the same time supports Core 3, which is Student Development in PSUMT 2023-2027.

The nine initiatives that have been successful in the past year are supporting the development and empowerment of students, streamlining student accommodation services, exploring the entrepreneurial ecosystem, rooting the culture of expressing art, sailing for all, boosting alumni contributions to alma mater and promoting HEPA. Alhamdulillah, with the joint efforts of all centers at HEPA, these nine initiatives have been successfully implemented. Well done and congratulations.

New year, new focus. This year, HEPA intends to continue the initiative announced last year. These initiatives will be a guide in the implementation of programs, especially high-impact programs as well as the provision of the best services to UMT students. In my message speech last March 7, 2024, I revealed Seven Efforts as a continuation of the existing nine initiatives. The seven efforts that were expressed under the theme "Memugar Ikhtiar Ke Arah Kebitaraan Mahasiswa" include; developing talent for the sake of student excellence, transforming the entrepreneurship and marketability of graduates, popularizing knowledge for the CIVIL community, mainstreaming the approach of thinking globally and acting locally, championing visibility, digitization and sustainability, bringing the distant closer and bringing the close closer, and the last effort to cultivate innovation and networking strategic.

These seven efforts will be driven through 3 approaches, namely these efforts are consolidated across the centers in HEPA which will encourage all centers to work together and move as a team. Second, the selection of implementation with a powerful mechanism and professionalism in planning to achieve the organization's goals and third, the focus and priority of impact production and not just output. It is my hope that these efforts can be implemented in the implementation of every program at HEPA apart from providing the best service to UMT students this year.

UMT Student and Alumni Affairs always strives to be the main reference source for UMT students. HEPA UMT is always ready to help and serve students. I and all HEPA citizens pray that this effort can be successful in order to produce students who are blind, holistic and prosperous.
