The Terengganu Monsoon Challenge is a program for organizing a yacht race that is open to the entire state, which has been organized by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and the Terengganu State Sports Council. A total of 213 surfers from all over the state have participated in the Terengganu Monsoon Challenge which was held on 30 December 2021 until 2 January 2022 which was held at Pulau Duyong Marina Resort. Not only that, the media also attended this event to further enliven the atmosphere and there are several articles about the Terengganu Monsoon Challenge that have been published by HarianMetro, Bernama and Sinar Harian.
