Welcome to all visitors to the new Sports and Recreation Centre, HEPA website. The latest information, general information can be displayed on the website which can now be accessed anywhere because information can now be reached at the fingertips. PSR is always committed to providing the best service in developing sports at the university, national and global levels.

Congratulations and thanks to all the staff, especially the media officers who are always active and innovative in delivering information to the people about the success, excellence, and services of the Sports and Recreation Center. Thank you also for having made every effort to prepare, maintain and update this website for some time.

Sports & Recreation Center Function Chart

  • Planning, coordinating financial and administrative affairs and PSR's annual report.
  • Prepare and manage Management Audit data/reports for MS ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), Ez-Snap and Ez-Air.
  • Manage the reporting of cooperation activities and programs and MoU/MoA with external agencies.
  • Provide data and reports on the achievements of sports activities for stakeholders and publicize the success and excellence of sports on social media.
  • Secretariat of the UMT Sports Development Committee Meeting, as well as providing advisory services to the Student Sports Council and UMT Sports Club.
  • Manage and organize programs/activities that have been gazetted at the national/university level.
  • Strengthen infrastructure and facilities through infrastructure planning and planned sports facilities.
  • Disseminate information on sports facilities and infrastructure to citizens.
  • Regulate all booking systems for sports facilities and infrastructure.
  • Updating monitoring, regulation, all sports facilities and infrastructure.
  • Manage assets and space.
  • Manages all day-to-day operations of infrastructure and sports facilities.
  • Organize sports and recreational activities for campus residents.
  • Manage and organize recreational activities for citizens.
  • Organizing sports programs and movements for all (Sports for All).
  • Managing sports volunteering.
  • Organize and manage sports events requested by external agencies.
  • Manage and prepare the UMT contingent (students and staff) to sports tournaments at various tournament levels.
  • Develop and improve the performance of staff and student athletes.
  • Plan, create and add certified trainers.
  • Manage the welfare of athletes and coaches (academics, scholarships, admission of athletes, awards, incentives and other support.
  • Preparing athletes for the main sports tournaments of KPM, SUKUM, MASUM, KPM League, SUKANUN, SUKIPT.
  • Prepare athlete and coach achievement reports.
  • Manage the participation of PSR staff to the scheme's staffing and sports coaching courses.
  • Managing the participation of citizens to courses / seminars / related sports conventions.
  • Establishing cooperation between sports bodies inside and outside the country.
  • Collecting data on sports expertise among university staff and students.
  • Organize PSR's social responsibility program.
  • Design and coordinate the organization of sports-related courses.
  • Manage staff/student engagement programs within or outside the country.
  • Manage the my star merit system (students) and hours of training and competence (staff).
