The Residential College led by Mr. Muhammad Ashraff Aiman Bin Roslan, Administrative Officer of the Off-Campus Residential College conducted a working visit to University San Agustine, Iloilo City, Phillipine in line with the Learning Visits (LASBELA) program organized by the UMT Talent Development and Innovation Center. This visit aims to give the staff an opportunity to see and add experience involving the working environment at the University of San Augustin Student Affairs which involves the management of student accommodation facilities on and off campus, program management as well as student program activities and work culture at the University of San Augustin. This program involves 5 staff who are also participated by the three sections at the Residential College, Mr. Muhammad Ashraff Aiman Bin Roslan, Mr. Ahmad Fadhli Bin Hamzah and Mrs. Akmal Hakim Binti Eya for the Off-Campus Section, Mrs. Engku Aima Binti Engku Amri for the On-Campus Section and Mr. Ahmad Fadzail Binti Abd. Jalil for the Administration and Finance Section. Programs like this provide a lot of exposure and space and opportunities for staff who constantly interact with students and international staff to be more confident and enthusiastic to interact and communicate in using English well and clearly.
