This program is a collaboration between the Tuanku Tengku Fauziah Residential College Resident Council (MPKKTTF), Universiti Malaysia Perlis and the Residential College Representative Committee (JPKK), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Also accompanying on this visit are the Principal of the Tuanku Tengku Fauziah Residential College, UniMaP, Encik Mohamad Irhamuddin bin Mansor and the Director of the UMT Residential College, Ts. Dr. Nik Aziz bin Nik Ali.
Community service activities @ Yala are conducted at Pondok Pauh Kumbang, Yala, Thailand.
The activity started with a briefing by the Mudir of Pondok Pauh Kumbang. In the evening session, the activities continued with performances by the students of the lodge such as Al-Quran reading, nasyid and choral speaking. The activity continues with an 'ice breaking' session with the participants of Pondok Pauh Kumbang. Various interesting activities were carried out with the students.
On the second day, the activity started with morning exercise. After breakfast, the exploration activities continued by the participants and painting activities by the secretaries.
The Closing Ceremony was completed by the Head of Pondok Pauh Kumbang, Ustaz Mohd Zaki bin Soleh. The ceremony was enlivened with the presentation of prizes for exploration activities and awards to outstanding students and participants, including caring icons, active icons, best leadership icons, popular icons and well-skilled icons.
It is hoped that this cooperation program can be continued in the future and that the participants will benefit from this meaningful program.
