Entrepreneurship and Career Center (CEC), HEPA has held a Business Consultant 3.0 Program (Biz_Consult 3.0): Professional Learning Facilitator (PLF). This program is a continuation program from Biz_Consult 1.0 and Biz_Consult 2.0. This program aims to produce student entrepreneurs who have the skills to become consultants and convey that knowledge to the campus and community and meet the needs of the industry. In addition, produce young entrepreneurs who have professional qualifications in the training industry and have skills as consultants by applying the correct 21st century delivery techniques and learning modules.
Among the interesting knowledge that has been gained from this program is focus and self-awareness - Learning about awareness of all movements in order to be in line with what is to be conveyed, techniques for building 21st century learning modules - Learning about the importance of module development so that everything is shared and spoken according to an orderly 'flow', a 'fun' delivery technique and there is learning - learning about the importance of interactive and effective delivery because nowadays interactive and effective delivery methods should be added with 'fun' elements and there is learning found through 'experiential' learning' and 'learning by doing', how to make the training industry a career - PLF founder Mohd Rizal Bin Hassan, the speaker, shared how he made this industry his career for more than 10 years.
This program took place for 3 days and 2 nights at Grand Darul Makmur Hotel, Kuantan, Pahang smoothly and successfully.
