𝐊𝐮𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐬 : The Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) contingent did not go home empty-handed when 5 medals were won thanks to contributions from the Orienteering and Woodball teams.
The UMT Orienteering team excelled by collecting 1 silver medal through the Men's Individual category and 2 bronze medals through the Women's Individual category and Men's Team.
Ratu Woodball UMT, Sister Nur Ashila Bt Sharnuddin from Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development – FPEPS UMT also not missing out on carving a name as a medal contributor to UMT with the result of 1 silver medal in the Women's Individual category and driving the Women's Team category to have 1 bronze medal.
The tournament which took place on 14-18 June 2023 at UniSZA was attended by 13 Public Universities throughout Malaysia and the Closing Ceremony and Prize Presentation Ceremony was completed by Dato' Dr. Pekan bin Ramli, Deputy Divisional Secretary, KPT Sports Section.
